The Residency at Empire welcomes household pets in accordance with community policies and applicable HUD regulations. Residents may have one dog or one cat per apartment, as well as caged birds, rabbits and other small rodents, fish, and turtles.
All pets must be registered with the management office before being brought onto the property. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring vaccinations, licensing, and annual registration remain up to date. Dogs and cats are required to be spayed or neutered.
To promote a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, residents must keep their pets under control, promptly clean up after them, and comply with all community pet policies. Pets belonging to visitors are not permitted unless they qualify as service or assistance animals.
Service and assistance animals are welcome in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. These animals are not subject to pet deposits, fees, or standard pet policy restrictions.
